What we collect

When you request a review we collect your name, phone number, email, state, the answers you choose (such as age range and mortgage balance range), how you prefer to be contacted, and your consent choices. If you type contact details and leave before finishing, we may save what you entered so Troy can follow up about your request. We also record which page and advertising campaign brought you here (for example, UTM tags or ad click IDs) and anonymous page activity using random identifiers.

What we don’t collect

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, banking information, or medical records on this website.

How we use it

To contact you about your request, prepare for and schedule your review, send appointment confirmations and reminders, keep records of your consent, and understand which pages and ads work. We send marketing calls or texts, including automated messages, only if you opt in.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database provider, Google (email, Sheets, and Calendar for scheduling), our texting and calling provider, our CRM, and Calendly if you choose to use it. If advertising tags are installed, Meta and Google may receive anonymous conversion events (for example, “lead submitted”) — never your name, phone, email, or health details. We do not sell your personal information. Insurance carriers receive your information only if you choose to apply.

SMS / text messaging privacy

Kingdom Life Insurance LLC collects your mobile number and text-messaging consent only when you opt in on our website form. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts. Call or email us to stop calls, update your information, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for advertising tags.
